This holiday park is the best on the Warren. I have stayed in all of the parks on the Warren and always thought that Welcome Park was out of my budget, I was wrong. This park is fantastic value and would recommend it to anyone.

We have already recommended this holiday and your company. Firstly the entertainment is great and caters for the little ones as well as grown ups, secondly we had bedding and passes included in the price and we have paid for both separately before which costs quite a bit when there are 6 people!

We have been to Welcome Family 4 times now and it is by far the best park we have been to for evening entertainment. Great for kids and adults alike! Perfect location too.

My daughter loved the kids club - they have things going on during the day with the kids to, and once the kids club is finished they take them into the Jolly Rogers club and keep them entertained in there, it's brilliant!!! The site was in a great location and close to the beach. The caravan was a bit older, but very clean and well kept. Overall we will be returning here as we had a great time and there is a lot more to explore in the area.

Excellent all round enjoyment, surprised by the quality of accommodation, facilities and entertainment. The grandchildren had a great time, as did we. Weather was good, caravan was comfortable, and the location was very good for going off and exploring the countryside. We would happily return.

I would and will be recommending Welcome Family at Dawlish to all my family and friends. The facilities, the four swimming pools were always clean and staff friendly, prices in the club very reasonable for a holiday site and Welcome Bites is a must with reasonable prices for excellent food which shouldn’t leave anybody hungry afterwards with the generous portions) the staff and site are fantastic, beautiful beach nearby and very friendly locals and shop keepers. It's our second visit there and will definitely be returning hopefully this year but if not next year.

Welcome is a very clean and nice holiday park to take young children....it's only a short walk to the beach, it has a nice little park for the children to play in, and the indoor swimming pool is good for the very young and old alike.

Have to say that my two children enjoyed this holiday as much as our Florida holiday two years ago. The accommodation and facilities were of a great standard but what made the holiday for all of us was the Entertainments Team who were absolutely brilliant and appealed both to my children and myself and my husband - and we're already looking to see when we can come back!

Excellent park. Site was clean and well maintained. Location was spot on. Reception staff were very helpful. Caravan was spacious and spotless. Entertainment on site was to be recommended. They worked so hard and the results were pleasing - have been abroad many times and on several cruises and the entertainment team matched up and sometimes exceeded the standards we have been used to. Well done to the team. Had an excellent week - would recommend this site.

The site is in a lovely location, just a short walk to the beach & train station - 5 or 10 minutes; good facilities for young & old on site; good supermarket, bakery & takeaways close by. Ideal spot for touring round this part of Devon. Plenty of pubs to choose from. A big advantage for us was that you allow smoking, we wish more places did this so thank-you.

Welcome Family Park is in a very good location you will not need your car much. There is a train station within walking distance that takes you everywhere and is better then the car at occupying the children. the beach is clean with a great pub with a soft play area. The entertainment team is class and looks after you well.

A fantastic park, very clean, very reasonable, friendly and with everything you would want for a family holiday. The entertainment is excellent and they have their own entertainments team who really do lay on a brilliant show. We have been to this park 3 years running and have not yet been disappointed in anyway, and the shows have always been different each season. We will certainly be booking for 2010!

We found the park to in a perfect position for exploring Devon, by car, bus or by train. Welcome campsite is idealy situated for Dawlish Warren beach and railway station. We also found the local bus service very convenient as it stops just outside the camp entrance. This is particularly important for us as none of us drive a car.

The Welcome Family Holiday Park is one of our favourite places to go, as all staff and entertainment are absolutely brilliant and it is value for money. The campsite is kept well groomed and tidy, if you have a problem the staff are very helpful, i'd recommend this holiday to anybody, which i already have done and our friend is booking up for next year.

For a family holiday, with fantastic facilities and in a superb location you cannot beat the value. The staff are efficient and courteous and the accommodation is first class and very clean. I offered my kids a choice of holidaying abroad or in the UK earlier in the year and they both shouted "can we go back to the caravan park in Dawlish!" so that's the biggest compliment you can have! We have been twice now and they have had holidays to remember each time...they prefer it over Disneyland! Thank you for making lovely memories for my children!

I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Dawlish Warren. The location was perfect with everything being easily accessible by car or bus, and with the train station very near by making going out an absolute pleasure. There is a wide range of accommodation to suite all tastes at Welcome Family. T he park is very well named as we have always been made very welcome. The location is excellent and close to the beach, with easy access to other places via train and bus. The evening entertainment is spectacular, mainly due to the professionalism and spark of the Blue Coats in the Cruisers Club. We have been to Welcome Family on several occasions and intend to return very soon.
